Returns & Exchanges at BowsBoutiques

We want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original BowsBoutiques tags attached.

• 2.
  Fill Out the Form

  Complete the returns slip included in your original parcel, indicating whether you would like a refund or a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our warehouse using your preferred tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
